WCS 1.7.3

KM ha aggiornato il suo chatserver alla versione 1.7.3, questi i cambiamenti:

WCS 1.7.3 has been released, first real WCS update for a while - I've been busy with all kinds of other rubbish like WinMX Patches etc, which btw if you didn't know WinMX Patch from here.

Anyway, changes in WCS 1.7.3:
+Added a limit to the number of invalid passwords a user can try.+Added a reload button to it.+Added a new option to the config file AllowMulti= to let you set how many connections WCS will allow from the same IP Address at once. (Default is 3)
As usual, restart WCS and it'll auto-update to 1.7.3
